 Daily maintenance of administrative buildings, shopping centres, and production and storage facilities
After conducting an inspection of your administrative and production facilities and familiarizing with the specifics and rhythm of operation in your enterprise we will offer you a team of local people (we will build an archive of people from your region), carefully selected by us and complying fully with your requirements. Their working time will be harmonized entirely with you.
The staff daily duties will be as follows:
Vacuumingthe dust from the soft flooring;
Sweepingand washing the hard flooring;
Dusting the office furniture, book cases, desks, tables, cabinets, window sills and equipment;
Sweepingand washing the halls, corridors, staircases and landings;
Cleaning, washing, disinfection and deodorizing the sanitary and hygiene premises with preparations, waste disposal, tile washing, washing and disinfection of the sanitary faience, washing the doors in these premises;
Waste disposal;
Cleaning the adjacent areas – sweeping of the alleys and the parking lot;
Flower care.
Stocking the utility premises with consumables:
toilet paper
hand towels
liquid soap 
It will be our duty to monitor daily the quality of performance of our work, and will have a person from our team on-site to this end, who is trained, knowledgeable and able to coordinate entirely our staff operation in each and every moment and will inspect their proper observance of the working hours. It will be our responsibility to ensure cleaning with all necessary materials and equipment. We will purchase floor cleaning machines, vacuum and water vacuum cleaners, which will be used in the daily cleaning of the administrative buildings and production facilities shares. We will also purchase truck sweepers for cleaning the internal roads and car parks in the plant. We will provide the staff with working clothes and everything necessary for the daily hygiene – professional chambermaid accessories – buckets with presses, brooms and mops, as well as a full range of cleaning preparations – for the building flooring, windows, sanitary premises, furniture, etc.
We undertake to maintain the necessary number of staff throughout the year, when it increases depending on your needs in the following manner: in the event of a sick leave of some of our employees for more than three days we will offer you another substitute, the same goes for the events of using the leaves of absence. We suggest this to you for the purposes of maintaining constantly an optimal number of staff in order to provide quality services. It is the duty of Viki Comfort 2004 Ltd. to pay the staff their remunerations and social and health securities timely, and we will cover all social and payment engagements in the event of retirement or dismissal. We undertake to instruct our employees as to the use of all preparations, operative materials and machines, in view of the risk for the people and the property.
VIKI COMFORT 2004 Ltd. shall not use or announce to any third party information, documents, etc. which it will have access to during operational activities.
For that and for all other issues arising during the delivery of the services VIKI COMFORT 2004 Ltd. shall have appointed a person in charge, who will be in immediate contact with you.
Along with the work of our employees for daily cleaning, we also offer you services for thorough cleaning for the purposes of increasing the hygiene level.
