We would like to bring to your attention our experience, skills and professional attitude in the complex cleaning of administrative buildings and production facilities. Viki Comfort 2004 EOOD, managed by Mr. Lachezar Todorov Petrov and having its headquarters in the city of Varna, 20 Alexander Dyakovich Blvd., was established in 1992.
In the very beginning, the company’s core activity comprised of post-repair and periodical subscription cleaning. Expanding its market and increasing its customers, the company started offering daily cleaning their offices as well. This led to the first larger contract, in 1998, for daily cleaning of the administrative building and branches of SG Expressbank, Varna and Sofia. Thus the beginning was set, and subsequently we were assigned this activity for the offices of Bulbank, Ing Bank, Raiffeisenbank, UBB, ProCreditbank in Varna, etc.
In 2000 Viki Comfort 2004 EOOD was awarded the tender of Roca – Bulgaria, in Kaspichan, for cleaning their sanitary ceramics factory. We were assigned the cleaning of the administrative parts, the production facilities, the cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor areas and roads on the territory of the factory. Providing all the necessary equipment for the staff – professional machinery and equipment, the company established itself as a preferred partner, and consequently, three years later, Roca – Bulgaria assigned us the separate rubbish collection, transportation and deposit.
In 2004 Viki Comfort 2004 EOOD was also awarded the tender for providing cleaning services to the Piccadilly chain of stores in Varna and three months later we were assigned the stage-by-stage cleaning of their stores in the entire country – in the cities Bourgas, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Sofia, Lovech, Veliko Tarnovo, Vidin, Samokov, and Yambol. Viki Comfort 2004 EOOD registered and started its branches in Sofia and Bourgas, where we also provide services for the branches of Roca-Bulgaria PLC, Johnson Controls PLC, Bellissimo business complex, etc.
In 2007 Viki Comfort 2004 EOOD was invited to participate in the tender for cleaning Varna airport and Bourgas airport by Fraport Twin Star Management PLC. Much to our satisfaction, we are pleased to inform you that we were awarded the contract and were unanimously as the procurement contractor. The contract became effective in February 2008, for a term of three years.
In 2008 Viki Comfort 2004 EOOD was awarded the tender for cleaning services to MALL Varna – Varna.
On August. 2010 Viki Comfort 2004 EOOD was asked by " Colliers IPM Bulgaria" LTD to participate in a contest for cleaning of THE MALL Tsarigradsko-Sofia which was won by us and we started on 01.10.2010 from december we clean MEGA MALL Ruse.
In the beginning of 2011, the company Viki Comfort 2004 EOOD was appointed to clean the headquarters of Petrol AD in the city Sofia, Mall Sofia and the Amilum processing plant in the town of Razgrad.
As at today Viki Comfort 2004 EOOD employs over 750 people – a professionally trained team, and has a full range of cleaning machinery and transport vehicles. This provides us the opportunity to manage with large sites in short time, and after that to undertake their subscription maintenance on the entire territory of Bulgaria. Using preparations by leading companies, such as TANA, HENKEL - ECOLAB, BUZIL, KITER, and operating machinery by KLINDEX, NILFISK, HAKO and LAVORWASH and EUROMARKET KARRY made us a preferred partner both in the tourist complexes at the entire Black Sea region and in some of the mountain complexes, as well as in a number of administrative buildings. We believe we will offer you good working organization and, of course, comply with any of your requirements, suggestion or recommendation, in order to achieve effective and high-quality hygiene maintenance.
